Coffee Infused Coconut Candy
A perfect snack for any time of the day. We took our original, lightly sweetened, coconut candy and paired it with Columbian coffee. Slow roasting this coconut candy brings out the sweetness in the coconut and the rich coffee flavor. This coconut candy makes a nice addition to breakfast cereals, yogurts and even a great topping for ice cream. We make small batches of this coconut candy each week and you can find it at our weekend market venues and on our online shop. The ‘sell by’ date is 60 days from production. Refrigeration also extends the shelf life and crispiness of this coconut candy. Naturally vegan and gluten free.
