We are unable to exchange any products once they leave the premises. Please review your shopping cart prior to finalizing your order to ensure you have selected the appropriate products. Please also ensure that you have provided an accurate physical shipping address.
If you feel that there is a problem with product quality, please contact us in writing. At our discretion we may replace the product or provide a refund for product.
If we make a mistake on the recipient ship to address and the package does not arrive we will resend the order at no charge. If you make a mistake on the ship to address and realize the error during transit you may request a re-routing of package through USPS.COM. There is a fee for this service which you are responsible for.
