This is another one of Teca’s amazing Polynesian recipes we had to share. This Cassava Pie is so amazing, it even made us consider farming Cassava in the future! Make sure to give this one a try!
Cassava (Tapioca) Pie
- 2 Cups Fresh Grated Tapioca Root
- 1 Can Coconut Milk
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 -8oz Package Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 Can Condensed Milk
Mix grated tapioca, sugar, and coconut milk. Spray a 9”x 13” pan with a nonstick spray of your choice, or coat bottom and sides of the pan with an oil of your choice. Pour mixture into the pan. Pour the condensed milk on top of the mixture. Evenly spread the cream cheese on the very top. Bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
