This Chicken Curry recipe might just be the best one you will ever try, so here you go:
Teca’s Chicken Curry
Inredients:
- 2-3 Cups Chopped Chicken
- 1 Cup Cubed Potato
- 1 Medium Onion
- 2 Tsp Fresh Garlic
- 2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Tsp Curry Powder
- 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 6 Curry Leaves
- 2Tsp Fresh Grated Tumeric
- ½ Cup Water (optional)
- ½ Cup Cilantro
Heat the oil, add onion, garlic, spices and curry leaves in a skillet on the stove. Add curry powder and turmeric in and stir well. When mixed, add chicken and cook (simmer) for 5-10 minutes. Add cubed potatoes and continue cooking until soft. When chicken and potatoes are cooked thoroughly, add fresh cilantro and mix well. Serve with rice.
